I am so excited to share this series I did back in 2020 on Energy Types! If you are new to Human Design, or even if you are not, this will give you insight into the foundation of your Human Design.

Human Design is layered and a treasure trove of information about YOU! Energy Type is where I like to start when understanding who you are truly are and how you are meant to interact with the world.

I invite you to not only listen to the video on your own Energy Type, but also the videos of the Types that you interact with the most, kids, partner, employees, etc. to better understand them and perhaps cultivate more compassion for yourself and them.
